The Foundation for Nonduality will send you email if you subscribe to our mailing list or register as member of our website

We use an opt-in service, allowing you to change your personal details, your subscriptions, or to completely unsubscribe from our list at any moment.

The information that you will receive will be sent to you based on your subscription.


What information do we collect and what for?

In order to provide you with useful information, we collect only a minimal set of data.

Registration information

We need to identify you, in order to prevent other persons to access your data. For this, we need a login (your e-mail address or your login to our website) and a password.

Personal details and preferences

In order to send you quality information additional information can be required: your postal address for paper subscriptions, your phone number for phone contact and way you you are connected to nondual work of Jason Shulman.


We collect data about your subscriptions to different mailing lists and in excel sheet form.

Site usage information

This is technical information that allows us to provide you with the service, monitor its usage and improve it.

We do not collect cookies for marketing purpose or site usage, and do not pass on cookies to third parties. We use cookies during your registration or subscription, to technically identify your requests during the session. Log files

Log files allow us to record the usage of the site. They contain no personal information, nor information about which other sites you have visited. They allow us to improve the service by knowing its usage, and are processed anonymously.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data as long as you are subscribed. We only destroy the information from our website members list and excel sheet list one month after you unsubscribe, in order to be able to restore it in case of mistake. However, your data stored on our mailing service platform (MailChimp) stays there but is stored safely and you can read their Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Who can access your data?

Only the persons in charge for website mailing service maintenance have access to your data, for the purpose of sending you the requested information. In exception additional people may have temporary access in order to go through with a project we are preparing for you. They are bound to The Foundation for Nonduality and have the same commitment towards the Data Protection Directive.

Our systems administrators have access to the data for the purpose of keeping the service running. They are submitted to the same legal obligations, and must identify themselves (login/password) for these operations.



We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Visitor Analytics is a simple website analytics service which measures the traffic and visitors' general details of the customers' websites. Collecting these statistics, a website can make their visitors' experience better (e.g. which pages they visit and when, where they are approximately located, where does a user land first or if they are coming from a specific referral).

Basically, as a website owner using Visitor Analytics, we are using cookies to collect data about visitors' device type and screen size, approximate location, browser, OS, IPs, page visits, bounce rate, conversions and popular content on the website. All this data is pseudonymized and Visitor Analytics will never use the collected data to identify individual users or to match it with additional information on an individual user. All the information you provided us (personal data and subscriptions) are accessible to persons from The Foundation for Nonduality and their committee's members for the purpose of sending you information for which you subscribed. Access to the data is protected and requires identification (login/password) from them. They are bound to the same Data Protection agreement.

How can you modify your data?

You can modify your data at any time by choosing Update your Profile option that is available for you at the bottom of our every mail. You have the possibility of:


  • changing your identification data (changing your e-mail or your password)

  • changing your personal data

  • changing your subscriptions

  • or even completely unsubscribe from the system. In this case, your data will be erased from our database after one month.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website.

We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our website, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
