The Foundation for Nonduality will send you email if you subscribe to Jason’s newsletter. We use an opt-in service allowing you to completely unsubscribe from our list at any time.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND WHAT FOR? 

In order to provide you with useful information, we collect only a minimal set of data.

PERSONAL DETAILS AND PREFERENCES

If you sign up to receive the newsletter, we will store your name and email address.

SUBSCRIPTIONS 

We collect data about your subscriptions to our mailing lists and keep it in Excel sheet form. 

SITE USAGE INFORMATION

This is technical information that allows us to provide you with service, monitor site usage and improve it.

SESSION COOKIES

We use cookies during your site visit and subscription, to technically identify your requests during the session. These cookies do not contain personal information. You can delete cookies from your browser after your visit.

LOG FILES

Log files allow us to record the usage of the site. They contain no personal information, nor information about any other sites you have visited; they are processed anonymously. They allow us to improve service by understanding usage. 

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

We keep your data as long as you are subscribed. However, your data stored on our mailing service platform (MailChimp) stays there but is stored safely.

Same is valid for Squarespace where we host our website.

WHO CAN ACCESS YOUR DATA?

Only the persons in charge of website mailing service maintenance have access to your data, for the purpose of sending you requested information. As our programs evolve, additional people may have temporary access in order to implement lectures and other programs we are preparing for you. They are bound to The Foundation for Nonduality and have the same obligation to protect your data.

Our systems administrators have access to the data for the purpose of keeping the service running. They are subject to the same legal obligations and must identify themselves (login/password) for these operations.

ANALYTICS AND TRACKING PIXELS

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

VISITOR ANALYTICS

Visitor Analytics is a simple website analytics service which measures the traffic and visitors' general details of the customers' websites. Collecting these statistics, a website can make their visitors' experience better (e.g. which pages they visit and when, where they are approximately located, where a user lands first or whether they are coming from a specific referral).

As a website owner using Visitor Analytics, we are using cookies to collect data about visitors' device type and screen size, approximate location, browser, OS, IPs, page visits, bounce rate, conversions, and popular content on the website. All this data is pseudonymized and Visitor Analytics will never use the collected data to identify individual users or to match it with additional information on an individual user. Each visitor has control over the cookies’ placement.

We reserve the right to update our Privacy Policy from time to time.  You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
