Join Beth, a NKH teacher, and Nava, an advanced NKH student/alumni, for an intimate conversation on these topics from a new perspective. Bring your questions, perspectives, feelings, and thoughts for a lively discussion on a subject we too often avoid.

NOnDUAL PROCESS FOR CONFLICT RESOLUTION
The Nondual Process for Conflict Resolution created by Jason Shulman, is a revolutionary process for resolving conflict in ourselves and our world. It is a spiritual – and also poetic – healing tool.
It offers an embodied experience of a unique and dynamic process that involves our self as we are, made by the world, and simultaneously making the world. We will be using the process together to work with themes of universal conflict which many of us are living through now. Each class will have a suggested theme to work with, or practitioners may choose something more personal to their own lives.
In this class you will learn the steps of the Nondual Process for Conflict Resolution and have the opportunity to apply it to real world conflicts.
For the first class, we will be working with the theme of “How can
we have more safety in the world?”
In each of the three classes we will be starting with a suggested
universal theme that participants can work with.
